Herbert Lee Sherpard Sr.

Herbert Lee Sheppard, of Bridgeville, Delaware, was born on February 23, 1944, in Lewes, Delaware. He departed this life on June 21, 2023, at the age of 79, at TidalHealth Medical Center in Seaford, Delaware. He was the son the late Dorothy Williams and Wilbert Tingle-stepfather.
Herb was educated in Bridgeville School District. He worked at various jobs to support his family. He was a hardworking man.
Herb was preceded in death by one daughter, Orletta Cannon and brothers, Carl Gene and Kevin Williams
Herbert Lee leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 48 years, Diane Sheppard; four sons, Herbert Lee Sheppard, Jr. of Phoenix, AZ, Devean Sheppard, Leroy Cannon and Isaiah Jones of Bridgeville, DE; one daughter, Charlette Cannon; three sisters, Rosetta Sheppard of Harrington, DE and Elisia and Johnice Williams of Seaford, DE; three brothers, David Williams of Lewes, DE, Gary Williams of Georgetown, DE and Kervin Williams (Mary) of Greenwood, DE; three sisters-in-law, Geraldine and Angeline Cannon and Gladys Robinson (Leon) all of Seaford, DE; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces and cousins.
