Heriberto Luciano, affectionately known to many as Eddie, passed away on December 21, 2025. He was born in Springfield, MA on October 1, 1983, and resided in Chicopee, Massachusetts at the time of his passing. Heriberto was a humble man who lived a life full of love, generosity, and loyalty. His life was characterized by his devotion to his family and friends, and his generous spirit touched the lives of all who knew him.

Heriberto was a graduate of high school and a talented athlete, excelling in basketball and any sport he tried. He spent his career in shipping and receiving at J Polep, demonstrating his hardworking nature and dedication. His hobbies included spending time with his cherished family and friends, and his beloved dog, Beau. Heriberto was not only loved by his family, but also by his friends who became his extended family and numerous nieces and nephews. His children were his pride and joy, and he was a loving and devoted father.

Heriberto is survived by his father, William Luciano, his mother, Olga Rosa, his sisters Luzmyriam Luciano, Yalexia Bonilla, Magaly Santiago, and Maritza Santiago, his brother William Jr., his significant other, Michelle Cruz, his sons Nathaniel, Ethan, and Isaiah Luciano, his daughter Iris Luciano, and his aunt Mary Mendez and uncles Luis Crespo, Juan Carlos Crespo and Victor Mendez. He was preceded in death by his brother, Joshua Luciano, and his grandfather, Heriberto Crespo.

A viewing for Heriberto will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, at Puerta Del Cielo Funeral Home, located at 730 State Street, Springfield, Massachusetts, 01109. Following the viewing, an interment service will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery of Springfield Inc., 426 Bay Street, Springfield, Massachusetts, 01109, at 11:30 am.
