Heriberto Vargas Obituary
Passed away peacefully at home on August 7, 2025, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 60.
Eddie is predeceased by his parents, Emilia and Rufino Vargas. He is survived by his cherished wife, Yolanda Morales; his children, Margarita Vargas, Jose “Bert” Vargas, Jacquelina Pirela, and Elizabeth Caschetta; eleven adored grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He also leaves behind his beloved siblings Aurora Vargas-Guevara, Victoria Vargas -Gutierrez, Rufino Vargas Jr., Carmelo Vargas, Miguel Vargas, Augustine Vargas, Margarita Vargas-Labrador, Evelyn Vargas-Plaza, Emely Vargas, Rafael Vargas along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will deeply miss him.
He was a passionate fan of the New York Yankees and the Oakland Raiders, Eddie had a deep love for music, and a lifelong fascination with wolves.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Tuesday, August 12th, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Farrell-Ryan Funeral & Cremation Services. A funeral service in celebration of Eddie’s life will follow at 6:00 PM.
