Herman Brandyberry Obituary
FINDLAY -- Herman "Dwaine" Brandyberry, 93, passed away on December 12, 2023, at 7:59 pm, at Bridge Hospice Care Center.
Dwaine was born January 3, 1930 in Spencerville, OH, to John and Olive (Norbeck) Brandyberry who both preceded him in death. On January 2, 1952 he married Wanda "Arlene" (Fixx) Brandyberry who preceded him in death on February 22, 2023.
Dwaine retired from Roadway Express in 1989 after twenty six years of which he was manager the last twenty one. He was in the Ohio National Guard and a Navy Veteran of the Korean War. Dwaine was a 1948 graduate of Spencerville High School, where he was active in all sports. In 1963 he received a degree in Traffic Management from LaSalle Extension University. Dwaine and Arlene were both members of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
He is preceded in death by his four sisters and two brothers.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 11:00am at Memorial Park Mausoleum. Rev. Lori Wright to officiate the service. Military rites will be conducted by the United States Navy and Lima Post 1275.
