Herman Clarence Carey

CAREY, Herman Clarence, 77, entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 14, 2008, at his home in Doswell. He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife, Carrie R. Carey; two daughters, Carolyn V. Woolridge of Washington, D.C. and Jill C. Harris of Prince George, Va.; five grandchildren, one brother, five sisters, two sons-in-law, five sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A viewing will be held on Thursday, November 20, from noon to 8 p.m. at C. W. Edwards Funeral Home, Inc., 16476 Richmond Turnpike, Bowling Green, Va. 22427, and at the church on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Homegoing services will be held Friday, November 21 at 1 p.m. at Jerusalem Baptist Church, 16210 Short Cut Road, Doswell, Va. 23047 with Rev.
