Beloved mother and grandmother, Hersey Moitoza, 72 of Branson, entered into rest on Sunday, March 10, 2024 at Cox Medical Center in Branson.
Hersey Faye Mott was born on December 5, 1951 in Sacramento, California. She grew up in Sacramento and then moved to Napa, working for a time in nursing before becoming a mother. After her children were born, she devoted herself to raising her three sons and daughter. She could always be found volunteering at school, helping with homework, and supporting them in their activities and sports. When grandchildren came along, Hersey gave of her time and unconditional care, helping wherever she could and enjoying time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchild.
Hersey moved from California to Branson 27 years ago. She will be so deeply missed and remembered for the great love and care she gave her family.
Hersey was preceded in death by her father, Hersey Mott; her mother and step-father, Nina & Eugene Plantz; her husband, William Moitoza; and her brother, Larry Mott.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Larry Dandini of Napa, CA, Hersey "Dan" Dandini & wife Stephanie of Penryn, CA, Doug Dandini & wife Cristina of Branson and Halie Gulley & husband Michael of St. Peters, MO; along with her eight grandchildren and one on the way; and her one great-grandchild.

We had a cabin and every winter we went to the snow. She was so good on a snowmobile! She, also, had such a deep love for her Auntie Faye. My grandmother.
