Celebration of Life will be Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM at New Stoney Hill United Holy Church, 1003 Dr. H. E. McNair Street, Goldsboro, NC, 27530. There will be a church viewing from 1:00 -1:50 PM. She will be laid to rest at Old Mill Cemetery 3718 Central Heights Road, Goldsboro, NC 27534. We extend our deepest condolences to the family and please continue to keep the family in your prayers during their time of bereavement and beyond.

You were always a joyful soul. Thank you for your kindness, concern and loving my mother as your own. Rest my sister in heavenly peace. Always will remember your smile and enjoyable caring conversations. We your family will always keep your memories before us. To your immediate families condolences. The Edna McFarland and family!!!

They family of Doretha Coley, sister of the late Sellestine Foster would like to send their sincere condolences to the family of Ms. Hilda Smith. She was a very special friend of ours down through the years. Her love and beautiful smile will missed. Praying for the family that God will give you peace as time passes. I will always remember the times I spent at the many class reunions of my sister and all of the classmates and the times at my sister home when Ms. Hilda would come over. We had some good laughs.
