Hilda Waters Obituary
A lifelong area resident, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Grover and Lila Scott Davis. She retired from the Heart of Aiken, where she was a Waitress. She was a member of Breezy Hill Baptist Church. Miss Hilda enjoyed working in and took pride in her flower garden.
In addition to her husband and parents, family members include her brothers, James Hoover and Tommy Davis, as well as several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family will greet friends on Thursday, August 24, 2023, beginning at 10 o'clock at Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3464 Jefferson Davis Highway, Graniteville, SC. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 11 o'clock in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home and Cremation Service. Chaplain Tony Christie will officiate. Entombment will follow in Aiken Memorial Gardens and Mausoleum, Aiken, SC.
Memorials in memory of Miss Hilda may be made to the American Cancer Society. (www.cancer.org)
