I recently became aware & was saddened by the passing of Buff. I initially worked with him after Snap-on acquired Sioux Tools. He was extremely intelligent and proficient at his position at Snap-on and it was an honor and privilege to have known him and to work with him. I came to value him as a good friend and was always thankful for the opportunities he provided me to begin my transition from Sioux Tools to Snap-on. I miss him and offer my condolences to his family and other friends.

I was saddened to learn of the passing of Buff. I hired Buff at Snap-on Tools. He became an coworker and then a friend. Buff was well educated and well read, but more importantly was extremely practical in his approach to life's challenges.
A great husband, father and grandfather.
It was a pleasure and an honor to have known Buff and share life's experiences with him.
Hiram will be sadly missed by his family and all that knew him. Condolences to his family and othet friends.
