Holly Cheryl Davidson

On Saturday, March 28, 2026, Holly Cheryl Davidson, 71, of New London, Wisconsin, passed away quietly, at home, surrounded by her family and pets. Holly was born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin on October 19, 1954 to the late James and Helen (Brabazon) Conlee.

Holly met Bob Davidson while working the night desk at the Hotel in Mauston. She gave him tours of the town and shared coffee and conversations. Before long they began dating and eventually married in 1995. After several years in Mauston, they moved to New London for work. Since their arrival they have spent most of their free time fixing up their old farm house, inside and out. Holly was a school teacher and had a passion for the value of education. She loved experiencing nature, watching and identifying all the local birds and teaching Bob about them. She enjoyed trips to the parks of Door County and their honeymoon trip to the Boundary Waters.

Holly is survived by her loving husband, Bob; her children, Amanda (Rob) Weber, Sarah Lindberg, and Nick Davidson; grandchildren, Reggie, Simone, Jamie, and Gemma; siblings, Barb Zimmerman, Patty (Ron) Kohnke, and Pam; as well as numerous other friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, Helen and James.
