Hope Snyder Obituary
Hope Ann Snyder, 54, formerly of Plymouth IL, passed away on Dec 25, 2025.
She was born on January 13, 1971, and soon after adopted by parents Connie and Roger Breeden. Hope Ann Snyder grew up in Plymouth IL, she was known for never ending kindness, and touched the lives of many through her true determination.
Hope Ann Snyder is survived by her son Derrick (Amber) Snyder, Grandchildren, Briar and Oliver Snyder, Siblings Sarah (Scott) Rhodes, and Tim (Donna) Breeden, Honorary Brother Ryan Mast, Nieces Ashley Steffen, and Amber Dix, Nephews Marshall (Shyann) Steffen, and Tucker Breeden. Honorary nieces and nephews include Kaden, Logan, and Morgan Mast.
She was preceded in death by parents Connie and Roger Breeden, maternal grandparents James and Betty Henson, and her fraternal grandparents Virgil and Minnie Breeden. Hope Ann Snyder will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
A visitation will be held on Friday April 3, 2026 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at the Plymouth Circle Community Center in Plymouth, IL at 102 South Lexington Street in Plymouth, IL.
