Mr.Chaney would come in my place of work twice a week and go the gym. He would even have his sweet dog Wally sometimes with him. He would always stop and talk to us for several minutes. He was so sweet. I looked forward to Monday and Wednesday knowing I would see him. He made me smile. I will miss seeing him and our talks we would have. GOD bless his family.

I remember him from back in Spokesman Club days (1971-72) when four of us from Gadsden made the weekly drive up to Bill Nettles' house in Huntsville. Hosea always impressed me with his abilities and dedication. And he was a great basketball player who ran rings around most of the rest of us. I'm sorry to hear of his passing, but heartened to see that he was faithful to the truth all these many years. I salute you, Hosea. Rest in peace until we meet again.
