Dr. Howard Harvey Berlin, age 94. Beloved husband of Norma, nee Gerstein; loving father of Jeffrey (Linda) Berlin, Jordan (the late Mary Ellen) Berlin and Fern (the late John) Holler; loving grandfather of Rebecca and Sam Berlin; dear brother of the late Dr. Leonard Berlin, who passed away 3 weeks ago and is survived by his wife Phyllis Berlin; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Howard was an anesthesiologist and department chairman at Gottlieb Hospital. Funeral Monday September 29 th at 10:30 am at West Suburban Temple Har Zion, 1040 N. Harlem Ave., River Forest, IL 60305. Interment to follow at Westlawn Cemetery-Norridge.
