Howard Clark, Jr., 63, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023. He was born in South Weber, Utah, on January 23, 1960, to Howard Antone and Mary Lou Cecilla College Clark. He enjoyed being part of the ROTC at Clearfield High and following graduation in 1978, Howard enlisted in the U.S. Air Force.

 

He was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed all the friends he was able to meet.

 

Howard worked driving the sweeping machine at the Freeport Center. He also enjoyed collecting stamps. Howard was obsessed with Star Wars, even once walking from the broken-down car, so he would be at the theater on opening day. He was also an accomplished artist with his beautiful pencil sketches.

 

Howard is survived by his siblings, Wayne, Kathleen and Steven, and several beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Timmy.

 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
