Howard Lee Obituary

LAJOSE - Howard Leslie Lee, 85 of LaJose, unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at his home.

He was born March 24, 1940 to Donald and Charlotte (Lamoreau) Lee, in Bell Township, Clearfield County.

He regularly attended Mt. Zion Church, Mahaffey. Howard married Sharon Behrens on Jan. 24, 1965, in Pearl River, New York. Together they shared 61 years of marriage. He was a truck driver for 25 years. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and mowing lawns. Howard loved his country and the potential it has. Most of all, he loved reading his Bible and spending quality time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon (Behrens) Lee, LaJose; Deann Rowles and husband Darrell, Punxsutawney, Dana Spencer and husband Joseph, Gazzam; Desiree Bloom, Clearfield; Delores Lee, Woodland; eight grandchildren, Danni Lee, Christopher Rowles, Evelyn Rothrock, Cody Rowles, Lindsey Rowles, Randy Bloom, Asher Bloom, Jessica Clark; as well as three sisters and two brothers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Donald M. Lee and a sister, Sandra Watford.

Friends will be received on Friday from 3-7 p.m. at the Waldron Funeral Home, 831 Market Street, Mahaffey, PA 15757. Friends will also be received on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. at the Mt. Zion Church, Mahaffey.
