So sorry for your loss. Howie was a special person. He will be remembered for his service, contributing to our community, both at MSHS and as a police officer. He will be missed.

RIP Howard. You were a cop's, cop. I only knew you for about 35-40 years, and I thank you for your friendship. You're going to be missed!
