Howard Charles Mann

Howard Charles Mann, age 79, passed away peacefully on January 6, 2026, at his home in Moorestown, NJ. surrounded by his family.

Born on August 3, 1946, in Camden, New Jersey, to the late William and Myrtle Mann.

Howard was a lifelong resident of the area. He graduated from Moorestown High School Class

Of 1964 and went on to dedicate his life to public service. Howard served as a Moorestown Police

Officer for over four decades. Rising through the ranks to the position of Lieutenant which he held

for 20 years until his retirement.

Howard's devotion extended beyond his professional life. He was a loving husband to Virginia

(née Call), with whom he shared 60 years of marriage. He is survived by his two sons, Bill and his

wife Marybeth and Howard Jr .and his wife Diana, Howard took great pride in his role as a

grandfather to Matthew, Michael, Nicholas, Mark, Ryan, and Jack. His family was a source of

deep joy and fulfillment throughout his life.

He is also remembered by his brother Bill, Nephew Mac and wife Jen and late nephew Todd and their children Ashley, Will, Michael and Aidan along with many other nieces and nephews, family and friends along with his dogs Brody and Georgie.

In keeping with Howard's wishes there will be no services at this time.
