I worked in Willingboro as a police officer and remember Bill when he worked at the Prosecutors Office as well as when he was in private practice. A gentleman in every sense of the word. Every police officer I knew respected him.

Although I did not know Bill for a long time but the time I did know him I grew very fond of him. He was kind and helpful always there for advice and in his final years he was such a good friend to my brother which I appreciated beyond words. He will be missed. I´m honored to have known him

If there was a picture next to the word "Father" in every dictionary ever printed, it would be a picture of Bill Menges. He helped and stood beside many people during his lifetime and I will personally attest to that. During times of trouble and uncertainty, it was good to know that there was a man named William H. Menges there who you could count on. I only wish he could have been repaid tenfold during his time here with us. I love the Menges Family.
