Howard Neal Obituary
Howard was born to Bernice (Derwin) and Howard K Neal Sr. On August 31, 1946 in Sanford, ME.
Howard grew up on the family farm in Lebanon, ME.
He graduated from Sanford High School and the University of ME at Orono.
He did his post graduate work while living and working in the Washington, DC area.
Howard is survived by his wife Roberta Knight, his Daughter Denise Neal of Flowery Branch, GA. Two grandchildren, Rowan and Lucas Topolski also of GA.
Howard was pre-deceased by his Parents, and his son, Kristopher.
Per Howard's wishes there will be no services, his family will gather in October, at the Farm to scatter his Ashes where he spent the better part of his life.
The Family would like to thank the administration and staff at the Kennebunk Center for Health and Rehabilitation for their compassionate
Care of Howard.
