Dear Cynthia, Sandra and Family,
We were young home owner neighbors in a newly built neighborhood. We were all the "new folks" on the block and we were there for each other through all of life's ups and downs. We learned from each other, celebrated with each other and watched one of our homes burn to the ground in the middle of the night. Howard was a good part of the glue that kept us all going. Always a smile, always willing to help and play with the kids. He had a soft
spot for my toddler, Jenny and loved her as his own. Cynthia and Sandra and I were colleagues at work and always appreciated a good laugh, telling Howard "war stories" from work. We loved the years together and will always remember Howard fondly and with a smile. He drove the biggest trucks on the road with ease and confidence. Love to all who will miss him. I wish I could be at the memorial, but am regrettably out-of-state.
