Howard Patzkowsky Obituary
Howard "Pat" Gene Patzkowsky, 94, of St. Joseph, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2022.
In 1945, Howard married Doris May Hardy. Howard enjoyed going up north and being in the woods, either deer or turkey hunting. He also enjoyed fishing and gardening. Howard was an avid Detroit Tigers fan. He was a lifetime member of Berrien County Sportsman Club. He retired from Whirlpool after 45 years.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Doris; parents, Clyde and Viola; and sister, Vivian Delano.
Survivors include his daughter, Kristy (Richard) Willard; three sons, Robert (Sharon) Patzkowsky, Randy Patzkowsky, Howard (Beth) Patzkowsky; five grandchildren, Jon (Erin) Willard, Mike Patzkowsky, Lauren (J.T.) Wettack, Brenna Patzkowsky, Emily Patzkowsky; seven great-grandchildren, Jacob (Kelly) Patzkowsky, Malena Patzkowsky, Nathan Willard, Sarah Willard, Owen Wettack, Ethan Wettack and Maya Wettack.
Upon his wishes, there will be no funeral services and a private family memorial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan, Mich..
