Mr. Howard David Suchland

Howard "Dave" Suchland, September 1, 1944 – October 6, 2012 Dave lost his valiant battle with cancer on October 6th 2012. He was 68 years old. Dave was the dearly beloved husband of June, for 47 wonderful years. He was also the beloved and cherished father to Keith and Tami, beloved grandfather to Kristoffer, Randy and Lindsy and treasured great grandfather to Mackenzie, whom he adored. Dave served his country proudly for 23 years in the U.S. Navy. Much of those 23 years were aboard ship, resulting in his deep, lifelong love for the sea. Following his military retirement, he worked for the Department of Corrections as Health Services Administrator for 17 years, first at Central Florida Reception Center, and later at the Seminole County Jail. His passing is a great loss to his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brother and sister in law Everett (Butch) and Colby, extended family and all the many friends who loved him. Dave's ashes will be "Buried at Sea"
