Howard Harris Temkin

Howard Harris Temkin, a devoted husband and loving father, passed away peacefully, while surrounded by his family, on July 15, 2025, at the age of 77.
Born on December 30, 1947, Howard spent his childhood in Milton, Massachusetts. He later made his home in Holliston, where for decades he built a life focused on his family, friends, and neighbors.
Howard was known for his strong work ethic, trustworthiness, warm personality, and for developing strong connections with everyone around him. These traits led to an immensely successful career in food service sales, principally at Sysco, where he was repeatedly honored for his excellence and role in building their presence in the region.
Outside of work, Howard found happiness in the things he loved most: all things automotive, television judge shows, and most importantly, spending time surrounded by his family and friends.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Donna Temkin, with whom he shared decades of love and partnership; his son, Daniel Temkin; his daughter, Stephanie Sajwan and son-in-law Gaurav Sajwan; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law Karen and Dave Williams, niece Elyssa Williams, and her husband Jesse O'Donnell and their daughter Lyra, niece Jackie Williams and many dear friends and extended family members. Howard's presence in our lives was a gift; he will be deeply missed. The love he shared will live in our hearts and memories.
A graveside service will be held to honor Howard's memory at 12:45PM on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street in Sharon, Massachusetts. Those attending services should meet behind the administration building on the cemetery grounds prior to services.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in his name be made to a local food pantry of your choice.
Howard will be deeply missed, but forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
