Howard Wayne Turner, born on July 4, 1962, in Stamford, Texas, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a son, brother, and a cherished friend, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many throughout his time with us.

Howard was known for his deep love of family gatherings. His home was often filled with laughter, warmth, and the tantalizing aromas of his culinary creations. A passionate cook, he took great pleasure in preparing meals that brought joy to those around him. Howard's memory will be honored through a viewing at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Fort Worth, Texas, on February 12, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, followed by a funeral service on February 13, 2026, at Pilgrim Rest Valley Missionary Baptist Church, beginning at 11:00 AM. Friends, family, and all who were touched by Howard’s life are invited to come together to pay their respects and celebrate a remarkable individual who enriched the lives of so many.
