Hugo Barajas, a cherished individual known for his vibrant spirit and unwavering kindness, passed away on July 24, 2024. Born on May 30, 1987, Hugo lived a life full of passion and purpose.
Hugo was a beacon of light in the lives of many, always ready with a kind word or a helping hand. His infectious laughter and love for life were contagious, spreading joy wherever he went. He was a devoted friend, a loving family member, and a respected member of his community.
Hugo's life was a testament to his strength and resilience. Despite the challenges he faced, he remained optimistic and hopeful, inspiring those around him. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 2nd, 2024, from 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM (CST) at South Park Funeral Home. A Rosario will follow from 07:00 PM to 07:30 PM (CST).
The funeral service will take place on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, from 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM (CST) at South Park Funeral Home. The burial will follow from 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM (CST) at Brookside Cemetery.
As we say our final goodbyes to Hugo, we remember the love, joy, and warmth he brought into our lives. His memory will forever be etched in our hearts.
Rest in peace, Hugo. You will be deeply missed.

Hugo and I were heading home one day when a bird hits the windshield and of course I scream loud and then Hugo screams and immediately my screaming turned into laughter hearing Hugo scream! I nearly peed my pants hearing Hugo scream! He looks then looks at me and said "stupid you made me scream like a girl"! We laughed at each other all the way home!
