Ignacio Batarao jr

Ignacio Batarao, Jr., lovingly known as Nonong to many, was a devoted husband, loving father,

proud grandfather, and a cherished friend to many. He lived a life grounded in hard work, kindness,

and deep love for his family and community.

Ignacio shared a beautiful life with his beloved wife, Marietta Batarao, with whom he built a life

centered on family and shared values. He was a proud father to Robert Batarao, Lorelei Batarao

Camilloni, and Liezel Batarao, and a loving father-in-law to Mirriam Batarao and Carlo Camilloni.

One of his greatest joys was being a grandfather to Yzea, Zeth, Aerith, and Viola, who brought

immense pride and happiness into his life.

He is also lovingly survived by his siblings, all of whom remain close in heart and memory: Juliet

Batarao, Rogelio Batarao, Raymund Batarao, Caroline Batarao, Dominic Batarao, and Johnny

Batarao.

A hardworking man through and through, Ignacio was well known at the Roslyn Farmers Market,

where he spent many weekends helping the family's Filipino food business. With a warm smile

and tireless spirit, he shared the flavors of his culture through beloved dishes like pancit, chicken

adobo, lumpia, and barbecue. His food brought people together, but it was his kindness and warmth

that made them feel at home.

Ignacio was known for his friendly nature, his willingness to help others, and the deep respect he

earned from everyone who knew him. Family meant everything to him. He treasured time spent

with his children, grandchildren, extended family, and especially enjoyed the company of his

nieces and nephews.

Ignacio "Nonong" Batarao will be remembered for his unwavering generosity, selfless spirit,

strong work ethic, and welcoming heart, qualities he shared freely with everyone he met. His

legacy lives on through the family he loved so deeply, the community he served, and the countless

lives he touched.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
