Ila Watts, age 94 of Addison, passed away Saturday, August 30, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born March 29, 1931. Ila retired from the Addison lunchroom after 40 years of service. In retirement, when not serving as the Upshaw Community Neighborhood Watch, she enjoyed gardening, quilting, sitting by the pond (pool) with family, and checking on others around the community.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 02, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where the service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Burial will be at Enmondfield Cemetery in Addison. Trace Thompson and Brother Mark Turner will officiate.

Ila is survived by her brother, Jerry (Pat) Wilson; sisters-in-law, Patsy Wilson and Colleen Wilson; nephews and nieces, Kathy Seale, Jerry (Barbara) Wilson, Terri Lee, Wendy (Bobby) Isom, Jerry (Diane) Wilson Jr., Jimmy (Dee) Wilson and Terrell Tidwell, step children, Virgina Gilliland and Phillip Watts; and a host of great nieces and nephews, as well as dear friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Grady Watts; father, OT Wilson; mother, Gladys Willingham Wilson; brothers, Buddy Wilson and Wendell Wilson; sisters, Joan Partridge and Doris Graves; step son, Junior Watts; nephew, Dewayne Seale; and niece, Bonnie Wilson.
