Andrew E. Watts, 65, of Rittman OH passed away Monday, September 1, 2025 after a long and valiant battle with his health.

Born May 14, 1960 in Barberton OH, he was the son of Zeno and Muriel (Christopher) Watts. Andy was a 1978 graduate of Chippewa High School. On March 1, 2017, he married Patti Huddleston-Watts in Wadsworth.

Andy worked as a respected and valued construction foreman for Kenmore Construction Company for more than 30 years before retiring in 2020. His dedication to Kenmore was exemplified by his remarkable work ethic and his profound love of the job. He would tell his crew, "If you have time to lean, you have time to clean!"

He was a proud member of the Laborers' International Union of North America #894, the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2117 of Wadsworth, and the Moose Lodge #860 of Rittman. He had a passion for collecting antiques, especially digging up old glass bottles and metal signs. He also loved riding tractors, farming, classic cars and motorcycles. He was a lifelong animal lover, and would be heard saying "Plant extra in your garden, because the animals need to eat too!"

Surviving are his wife Patti, father Zeno (Joy) Watts, children Brittani (Aaron) Luers of Georgetown, Benjamin Watts of Baltimore and Zachary (Jade) Watts of Copley; stepsons, Steve (Bekah) Huddleston, Dan Huddleston, both of Kent, and seven grandchildren. Siblings; Janet (Marty) Morissette-Swanson of Illinois, John (Laura) Watts of Rittman, Teresa Frantz of Barberton, and Melody (Hal) Gift of Rittman.

And a great "Thank You" to his many friends for supporting Andy and being by his side.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Muriel Watts and life long best friend/brotherin-law Rex Frantz.

Andy's wish was to have all family and friends come together for a celebration of life dinner which will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025 from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Wadsworth Eagles #2117, 9953 Rittman Rd., Wadsworth, OH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue, Main Ranch Sanctuary - San Angelo,TX c/o Donor Support Center, P.O. Box 937, Frederick, MD 21705-0937 or online via https://secure.qgiv.com/for/wdonatiofo, as Andy loved to help rescue as many animals as possible but had a strong desire for helping to rescue donkeys.
