Ina "Gail" Barton, 88, of Franklinville, NC, was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus on March 1, 2025.
Gail was born in Lansing, MI to Edith and Jack Teeters on September 23, 1936. She graduated from Everett High School and immediately married Eugene Rivers Barton.
Gail was widowed at a very young age and spent the majority of her life dedicated to providing for and raising her four young children. She enjoyed crocheting prayer shawls, baby bonnets for newborns and sleep mats for the homeless all to be donated to her local community.
Gail is survived by her sister Carol Noble; children Sharon Barton, Gary Barton (Lela), Linda Barton; grandchildren Jeremiah Deuling (Connie), Amy Jo Williamson (Terry), Joshua Barton (Gina), Sydney Williamson (Mark), Zachariah Barton, Micha Barton, Josiah Barton (Jade); great grandchildren Blake, Skyler, Rivers, Tyler, Ciara, Louie, Jude, Rain, Eliza, Soren, Peter, Phillip and other family and friends.
Gail is preceded in death by her husband, sister Sally Meneffee and her daughter Cynthia Jo Barton.
The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 6pm at Full Gospel Bible Church of God, 736 West Main Street, Franklinville, NC. Terry Bachelor, Pastor, will be officiating. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Loflin Funeral Home of Ramseur. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the Gentiva Hospice of Asheboro. The family of Gail Barton wishes to thank family and friends for their outpouring of love and prayers.
