Iris A. Wozniak

Iris Wozniak, nee Novak, age 78, of Chicago, Garfield Ridge Community, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Saturday, March 7, 2026. She was the beloved wife of the late LeRoy. Loving Nana of Olivia (Michelle) Wozniak and Grace (David)Albrecht. Loving great-grandmother to Stevie Lee and Bleu Cheese. Iris was preceded in death by her son, Lee S. Wozniak C.P.D. and her daughter-in-law, Jacklyn Wozniak.,nee Lamb. Dear sister of the late Midge Stanevicius and the late Vincent Novak. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews. A Memorial visitation in Celebration of Iris's life will be on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 9 AM until time of Service at 12 Noon. Iris requested that everyone please honor her by dressing casually in jeans. We will go in procession from the funeral home to Resurrection Cemetery where Iris will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband LeRoy.
