Irma Laura Davila, 65, entered into the kingdom of peace and joy in the arms of the heavenly Father on September 22, 2025, in Laredo, Texas. Irma entered this world on June 11, 1960, in Corpus Christi, Texas, the daughter of the late Abelardo and Maria Rodriguez.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Abelardo and Maria Rodriguez.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her beloved husband of 20 years of marriage, Jose Davila, Jr.; siblings: Abelardo (Laura) Rodriguez Jr., Ladislao (Blanca) Rodriguez, Maria Guadalupe (Carlos Rivera) Montalvo, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A visitation will take place on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 5 to 9 pm at Hillside Funerals and Cremations, where a Rosary will be offered for the repose of her soul at 7 pm.
Funeral services will take place on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 7 am until 9 am to depart to St. Joseph Catholic Church, where a funeral Mass will take place at 9:30 am.
A cremation will be held at a later date.
