Irma Zingg Obituary
Irma Zingg, age 99, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away July 8, 2023, just 3 days short of her 100th birthday She was born in Toledo, to Oscar Ricard and Flossie (Winsel) Ricard July 11, 1923. Irma was a graduate of Woodward High School. She worked at Kroger's Bakery, Lion Store, and was a care giver to several people in later years. Irma married Daniel Zingg in 1941, he preceded her in death in 1982. She was a life long member of First Baptist Church of Toledo and was active with their Choir and altar flowers. Irma enjoyed music, baking, and loved to dance.
Irma is survived by son, Thomas (Sondra) of Florida; sister, Elda Rae Kutschback; and many dear friends.
Special thanks to Lake of Sylvania Assisted Living for their care and support. Friends are invited to visit after 11:00 am Saturday, July 15, 2023, at Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 Sylvania Avenue, where services will commence at 1:00pm with Rev. Daniel Bellavia. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Memorial donations can be made to First Baptist Church of Greater Toledo. Condolences for Irma's family may be expressed online at

Godspeed for Mrs. Zingg...I did not know her, but 100 years on this planet, and all the things she saw in that time, surely deserves attention and respect. May peace and prayers surround her family.
