Irvin Lee Bristow

Irvin "Irv" Lee Bristow, 93, of Latonia, KY, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2024. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Korean War. Irv was a member of St. Joseph Parish in Crescent Springs, KY. He was a self-employed residential painter for most of his working years. Irv worked as a cook at several restaurants and enjoyed fishing. He was preceded in death by his children: Mike Bristow and Tina Bristow; several siblings and long-time companion: Patricia A. Schroder. Irv is survived by his children: Ruthie Bristow and Amy Brandenburg; siblings: Dorothy "Dee dee" Colston and Jimmy Bristow; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Friday, January 3, 2025 from 9:00 AM until the Catholic Prayer Service at 11:00 AM at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, 11 East Southern Avenue, Covington (Latonia), KY 41015. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY.
