I had the pleasure of working with Irv until I retired in 2018 and very much appreciated his kind personality and keen intelligence. He often shared a photo or made a witty comment during our working meetings that brightened the work day for all of us. He will certainly be missed. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

I met Irv through my best friend when we were in our early 20´s. One of my favorite Irv memories is a Caseville camping trip. Irv brought a friend who had terrible vision. His friend would disappear multiple times throughout the day. Eventually, we figured out he was going to the Dairy Queen across the street. Even though we were concerned for his safety, we couldn´t stop laughing thinking about the many risks he took to get blizzards and double-dipped ice cream cones.
Another fond memory is a holiday party Irv hosted at his Vinsetta apartment. I thought it was just going to be a hangout and have a drink type party. But no, it was much more. For each arriving person, Irv handed them an ornament. He had laid out several bowls filled with unique items for us to usu to customize our ornament. I´ve always been impressed by the thought and organization Irv put into making that party extra fun for everyone!
My Vinsetta ornament will be given a very special place on my Christmas tree this year. RIP My Friend; you´re going to be missed!

Irv made me laugh all the time at work. We were trying to plan for the CO2 compliance for GM. It was like a puzzle with thousands of pieces. He always saw the big picture and knew `this too shall pass´. His family was the most important thing.
