Isaac Kinsey

Isaac Leroy Kinsey entered the gates of Heaven on November 15, 2025, welcomed by the Lord he served so faithfully. Born on April 15, 1946, to Hazel and Margaret Kinsey (both deceased), Isaac dedicated his life to loving God and sharing his faith, most notably through teaching Sunday School at Summerville Baptist Church where he devoted many years of

service. Isaac graduated from Stanton where he was known as Nice Boy and voted Best Dressed.

He was blessed with a large and loving family, surrounded by his twelve siblings: Rose Nesmith, Mary E. Hall, Beverly A. Jackson, Emily Henderson (David), Sadie Beaufort (Marion), Emory Kinsey, and the late Bernice Kinsey, Betty Asbury, James Kinsey, John Kinsey, Charles Kinsey, and William Kinsey. He is survived by his last living aunt, Carolyne Sutton

(Nehemiah).

Isaac took great pride in his career at St. Joe's Paper Company, where he worked for 26 years before retiring in 1997.

Above all, Isaac was a devoted father to his two sons, Michael V. Kinsey (Marjorie) and Raymond A. Kinsey (LaMarius). He offered unwavering guidance, love, and support, leaving a legacy that continues through his 8 grandchildren and 8.5 great-grandchildren, who adored him and will miss him dearly.

Isaac's kindness, compassion, and faith touched countless lives. Along with his immediate family, a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, dear friends, and caretakers (Julia L. Stucks and Mary Webster) will forever treasure his memory.
