Isabel Trujillo Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Isabel E. Trujillo. Isabel lived her life her way to the fullest. Isabel owned and operated the Don Carlos Lounge along side the love of her life George, till he left us in 2021, and she continued to run it till the end. Isabel is preceded in death by her husband George C. Trujillo, her son Chris P. Trujillo, her parents Feliberto and Eufrocinia Montoya; her in-laws Carlos J. and Amelia Trujillo; siblings Eloy Montoya, Frank Montoya, Ernesto Montoya, Augustine Montoya, Edwardo Montoya, Esther Miera, Lucy Zurowski, Cecilia Santistevan and Lydia Salazar. She is survived by her children George R. Trujillo (Patricia), Cathy T. Romero (Alfredo); her grandchildren, Alfredo D. Romero Jr. (Lisa), Tiffany Trujillo, Carlos J. Romero (Bernadette), Robbie Trujillo and great-grandson Roman Romero. Her sisters Odilia Martinez and Molly Mondragon; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many cherished friends. The family would like to thank the amazing staff at Holy Cross Hospital and Maria Sanchez her caregiver for the amazing care she received. Rosary was recited on Wednesday October 9, 2024, at 6pm at San Francisco De Asís Catholic Church. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday October 10, 2024, at 10am at San Francisco De Asís Catholic Church with burial to follow at the Las Cruces Cemetery. The family of Isabel E.
