Isiah Rounds, 90, a beloved father, and friend, peacefully passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Calhoun City, MS. He was born on March 12, 1934, in Grenada - Grenada County - MS to his loving late parents: George Washington Rounds (Father) and Mary Holman (Mother).
Isiah will be remembered by many for his kind heart and joyful spirit. His memory will forever be cherished by his family members: sons Samuel Isiah Rounds, Daryl Lynn Rounds, and Willie Rounds; daughters Andrea Corbitt, Doris Phillips, Rosa Glaspie, Carrie McKnuckle, and Vernice Perry.
The life of Isiah Rounds will be celebrated at two memorial services. The visitation will take place on July 19, 2024, at Belle Memorial Funeral Home in Bruce from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The Celebration of Life service will be held the following day at Daniel Temple Church of God in Derma starting at 11:00 AM.
Isiah's legacy of love and compassion will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest in peace knowing he was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.
