Mayo Del Rio vivió verdaderamente la vida al máximo a través de placeres sencillos: pasando tiempo con sus amigos y disfrutando de la compañía de su familia. Era divertido, carismático, amoroso, sabio, guapo, trabajador, fuerte, y tenía una habilidad innata para llegar a las personas de una manera profunda y positiva. El velorio, el viernes 20 de marzo de 2026, de 7:00 p. m. a 9:00 p. m. en la Funeraria West and Dunn, 503 Raleigh St, Newton Grove, NC 28366. La Misa fúnebre se celebrará el sábado 21 de marzo de 2026 a las 2:00 p. m., seguida del entierro en Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, 211 Irwin Dr, Newton Grove, NC 28366.
Ismael Del Rio-Lopez passed away peacefully surrounded by his children and grandchildren. He was born June 17, 1947, in Zacatecas, Mexico. He was married for 63 years to Maria G Del Rio (Lupita). Mayo Del Rio was 78 years old and died March 18, 2026. He had 5 brothers and 6 sisters, by Felipa Lopez and Jose Del Rio. He joins his father, mother, 3 sisters, 3 brothers, and his grandson to the eternal rest.
Mayo Del Rio truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, hanging out with his friend and enjoying time with his family. He was funny, charismatic, loving, wise, handsome, hardworking, strong, and had a simple ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. He is served by his wife Lupita, and his 10 children. Funeral viewing, Friday, March 20, 2026, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at West and Dunn Funeral Home ,503 Raleigh St, Newton Grove, NC 28366. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 2:00pm. Followed by the burial at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 211 Irwin Dr, Newton Grove, NC 28366.
