Ivan Lee Hudgens, 75, of Laquey passed away on October 11, 2025, at his home. He was born on May 3, 1950, in Waynesville to Robert Eugene and Annabelle (Cordry) Hudgens. Ivan attended school at Waynesville and graduated in 1969. On September 26, 1981, he married Anita Hudges in Laquey, she survives at the home.
Ivan worked for many years as a welder at Emerson Technology. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle, hiking, and most of all spending time with his family.
When he married Anita, they brought into the marriage a blended family consisting of Matthew, Mark, and John Hudgens; and Leighan David Isom and Loretta May, along with numerous grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Ivan is preceded in death by a daughter Leighan Wies, a son Matthew, brother Kent, sister Karen (Hudgens) Miller, and his parents.
There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
