Ivan Knodel Obituary
He is survived by his wife of over 40 years, Doreen, his sister, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Doug will be remembered for his humor, generosity, and for always opening his home and heart to others.
Burial will take place at Hickerson Memorial Cemetery, on November 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM followed by a potluck and service at Ninilchik Tribe Community Center.

My good buddy and brother in law for nearly 50 years! I miss you mightly! Thank you for all your help and humor through the years. You always amazed me with your breadth of knowledge when we would talk almost nightly by telephone to see who could solve Final Jeopardy...I believe you out scored me! After final jeopardy you would usually have a joke and often a story I had yet to hear! I will never forget you and the many good times we had! Rest in peace big guy, I truly loved you as a brother!

Dear Kaleen. I´m so sorry you have lost Doug. I remember him well hanging out with my older brother David. He was always so nice to the pesky little sister. He was Prince Charming. Always.
