I had the privilege of working closely with Jeff in the early days when his cubicle was always decorated with vibrant plants and, true to the classic developer stereotype, always stocked with plenty of Diet Coke. Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and one of the friendliest people I´ve known at work. Even as our roles changed and we didn´t stay in touch as much, I always appreciated our brief hellos and the kindness he showed whenever we crossed paths. He will be deeply missed, and his spirit will continue to inspire those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

I knew Jeff as a brilliant and kind man. We played board games and discussed IT work. I lost touch with him in recent years - my mistake. His loss is a reminder to be sure to keep the good ones. He'll be missed.

I've never had the pleasure of working with someone that worked so hard to invest in other people. I owe much of my career to Jeff. He was one of the smartest people that I've ever known. I've learned a lot from him. I'll miss him dearly. The world would be a better place if there were more people like Jeff in it.
