Ivey Mae Milner, born in Tacoma, Washington, on October 10, 1943, passed away peacefully November 18th, 2025 at 82, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, and unwavering kindness. One of fourteen children born to Leona and Buster Ross, Ivey grew up in a house full of noise, laughter, and deep family bonds, a foundation that shaped her heart for the rest of her life. She is survived by her siblings Carl, Clinton, Marshall, Henry, Charles, Tom, Gordon, Brenda, and Linda, and is preceded in death by siblings Elmer, Junior, Sydney, and Wanda. Ivey married her soulmate, Winston Milner, and spent her days raising babies and caring for others as a devoted home health nurse. She had a gift for making people feel seen and cared for, whether they were family, a patient, or a stranger she'd just met. Ivey never turned her back on anyone in need, and she carried a quiet strength that made others feel safe and welcome in her presence. She is survived by her loving children: son Frankie Wilkinson and wife Susan, daughter Darai Willis and fiancé Nick, son Cory Toineeta and spouse Tanesha, and daughter Brittany Toineeta. Her love continues through her grandchildren: Shawna Wilkinson, Raven Ferrell and wife Mandi, Teddy Willis and wife Bobbie, Caitlyn Toineeta, Breauna Sandoval, Gabriel Sandoval, Charlie Mack Toineeta, and Penelope Mae Toineeta. And through her cherished great-grandchildren: Michael Ferrell, Max Willis, Melanie Willis, Mavis Willis, and Ayce Swyden. Ivey loved going to the casino, her dogs, country roads, God, gospel, and of course the good old Patsy Cline. Ivey was the kind of wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend everyone hopes for - steady, loving, forgiving, and full of grace. Her absence leaves an ache that words cannot fill, but her spirit and the love she gave will remain forever in the hearts of those who were blessed enough to know her.
