Ivo is predeceased by his wife, Alice DePina. He leaves behind 9 children, 29 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. Along with them, he also leaves behind a loving host of other family members and friends.
Services for Ivo Dos-Santos Alves will be held at the George Lopes Funeral Home located at 647 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301. Visitation hours will take place on Friday, May 13, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at St. Edith Stein Parish, located at 71 E Main St, Brockton MA 02301 at 10:30 AM, followed by a burial at Melrose Cemetery, located at 88 N Pearl ST, Brockton MA 02301.
