Mr. J.C. Stewart, 78, of Jasper, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
J.C. is preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Jessie Stewart
He is survived by his loving wife, Nell Roberts Stewart; daughters Kelly Green (Tim Smith) and Krista Morgan (Randy); sisters Brenda Collins (Frank) and Jean Swindle (Wayne); grandchildren Justin Smith (Traci), Joshua Smith (Erica), Jayde Bailey (Mason), Devin Green (Emilee); great-grandchildren Lyla Green, Bradley Smith, Hadleigh Smith, Collins Bailey, Laney Smith, and Cooper Bailey.
Pall Bearers will be Justin Smith, Devin Green, Mason Bailey, Jason Swindle, Randy Morgan, and Bruce Smith.
Services: Visitation will be held Monday, July 10, 2023, at 5:00 PM at Abundant Life Fellowship, with funeral services to follow on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 12:00 PM. Burial will be at New Hope Cemetery. Reverend Dale Banks and Josh Smith will officiate.
The family would like to thank Alabama Hospice for the love and care shown to Mr. Stewart and a special thank you to Lisa, Kala, and Josh.
