To the Family of JC Waugh,
In December of 2003, I went to work at Schneider Mills, working for JC as the 2nd shift supervisor. JC was one of the best managers that I worked for. He talked to me many times about how he loved his family and his love for God. We talked alot about going fishing or just to tell a fish story. We shared thoughts on how to grow tomatoes. And many times we talked about playing a guitar or listening to some great gospel guitar songs. I miss JC very much.
Now I have big shoes to fill as I lead the same department that JC did. I hope and wish that I can be as successful as JC in my new job duties. I will carry on some of the same management stategies that JC did and he will always be a part of our team in mind and spirit.
JC now has won the greatest reward of all for God said that if we believe in him and do his will that one day we will join him in Paradise. JC is now with our father.
The next few days, weeks, and months will be difficult. Stay stong and keep your faith. We all can meet our loved ones again.
May God Bless,
Mark Gilmore
