Preceded in death by his parents, Tommy and Mollie Mincey; siblings: Betty Sue Mossholder, Altheia Thompson, Reed Mincey, Larry Mincey, and Jimmy Mincey.
Survived by his wife, Lynn Mincey; children, Jimmy Mincey, Jake Mincey, Janice Mincey, Alisha Breeden, Alaura Poe, and Sarah Miller; brother, Tommy Mincey; special niece, Sally Collins; several more nieces, nephews and family members, and special brother-in-law, Tim Whitehead.
A private burial will be held at New Hope Cemetery in Philadelphia. Click Funeral Home, 109 Walnut Street, Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
