Jacalyn "Jackie" Wogan, 73, of Malta, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2025, at her residence. She was born December 1, 1951, in Zanesville to the late Byron and Norma Wilcox Ferguson. She attended the Wolf Creek Church of Christ. Jackie dedicated most of her life to providing childcare for many families in the area and loved them as her own.

She is survived by her husband of almost 57 years, John Wogan; two children: Brook Wogan and Wendy (Brett Dingey) Donnelly; a sister: Mickey (Floyd) Corwin; grandchildren: Justin (Ashley), Jordan (David), Johnnie (Dakota), Jarrett, Jace, Jayden, Steven, Trevor and Wyatt; god son Chris (Cindy) Fisher; and sisters in law: Louise McNutt and Shirley Zumbro.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers: Dana Zumbro, Gary Zumbro and Jay Ferguson; a sister Connie Bateson; sisters in law: Alberta Warren and Garnett Cooper; and brothers in law: Max Bateson and Blaine Bell.

The family would like to thank Shrivers Hospice for their exceptional care.

Visitation will be held from 11AM to 1PM, Saturday, October 4, 2025, at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. Funeral service will begin at 1PM with Bob Pettit officiating. Burial will follow in Malta Cemetery. Continued food and fellowship will follow at The Manor in McConnelsville.
