Jack E. Albert, 74, of Bellefontaine, passed away Monday, March 2, 2026, at his home.
Jack was born in Bucyrus, Ohio, on January 11, 1952, to the late Donald F. and Lois J. (Gearhart) Albert. He was also preceded in death by his wife Eva Z. (Pinter) Albert on August 24, 2019.

A veteran of the US Army National Guard, Jack served for over 20 years. He worked for many years as Parts Manager at Sanders Sales & Service in Urbana, and later Farmers Equipment where he was considered “a Case IH guru.” In Jack’s younger years, he enjoyed fishing Lake Erie and spending time at the family cabin on Marblehead. He also enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and tending to his garden. In recent years, Jack treasured the time he spent with his buddies at the Legion enjoying a cold beverage and playing pull tabs.
A celebration of Jack’s life will be held at a later date.
