Baue Funeral Home - Cave SpringsJack Lenard Aubuchon, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Friday, February 20, 2026 at the age of 77. Cherished son of the late Bernard and Anita Aubuchon; devoted father of Chris Allen (Jenny) Aubuchon; dear brother of Michael Aubuchon and the late Jean Marie Aubuchon; loving grandfather of Ethan and Emily Aubuchon; beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.
A true “tinkerer,” Jack had an endless passion for understanding how things worked. He was the kind of person who would take something apart and carefully put it back together—just for the joy of discovery. Curiosity wasn’t just a trait; it was a way of life for him.
For more than 30 years, Jack worked as an electrical engineer, designing and building audio equipment for Peavey Electronics and Fender Musical Instruments Corporation. His skill, creativity, and dedication left a lasting mark on the world of music and sound.
Outside of work, Jack found peace and adventure in the outdoors. He especially loved hiking through America’s national parks with his son, Chris. Together, they visited nearly every park, creating memories that will be treasured forever. Along the way, Jack often carried his camera, capturing the beauty of the landscapes he loved and developing his own film—a hands-on craft that suited him perfectly.
Jack was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. His curiosity, warmth, and quiet brilliance leave behind a legacy of inspiration, love, and cherished memories.
Memorials may be made in Jack's name to American Diabetes Association.
