Jack Spencer Bader

Jack Spencer Bader, age 79, of Copley, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
He was born January 6, 1944, in Bridgeport, CT; son of the late Jack S. and Virginia (nee Shannon) Bader. Jack graduated from South Williamsport High School, received his bachelor's degree in social work at Kent State and completed his graduate work at the University of Pittsburgh. Jack was a Licensed Independent Social Worker and a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). He loved to travel and one if his favorite places was Cape May, NJ. Jack was an avid golfer and was very proud of his Hole-in-One on June 26, 1995.
Jack is survived by his beloved wife, M. Joan Bader (nee Deuel); cherished daughters, Kathleen (Bryan) Miller and Kristen Raineri; treasured grandchildren, Bryce, Evan, Andrew, Anthony, Alexis, and Erica.
Memorial service will take place SATURDAY, April 15, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Fairlawn, OH 44333. Friends may call from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jack's name are suggested to Haven of Rest Ministries, 175 E Market St., Akron, OH 44308.
